Library of Northeast Forestry University,Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,15oo4o China Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial inteligenceand generative content technology,digital libraries face both opportunities and challenges.This study focuses on the application and efectiveness evaluationof Artificial IntelligenceGenerated Content (AIGC)and DeepSeek technology inenhancing digital library informationservices. It first introduces the core principles and characteristics of AIGCand DeepSeek technology，analyzes their potential appications inintellgent retrieval,personalizedrecommendation,knowledgegraph construction,etc.Secondly,throughcasestudiesandexperimentalanalysis,itexplores theapplicationstrategiesandefectsofthis technology in improving user experience,optimizing resource management,and promoting knowledge innovation.The results show that AIGCand DeepSeek technology can significantly improve servicequality and eficiency，enhance usersatisfaction and resourceutilization.Finally,the article puts forward future research directions and suggestions, providing theoretical and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of digital libraries.
