MCCCapital Engineering&Research Incorporation Co.,Ltd.,Beijing,1Oo176 China Abstract: In the context of inteligent development of power system, power quality monitoring and early warning have become a key link to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.In order to improve the real-time and intelligent level of user-side power quality monitoring,a cloud based power quality monitoring and early warning system is proposed.It adopts a four-layer architecture of "perception layer-network layer-platform layerapplication layer",integrates high-precision metering chip,5G low-latency transmission and dynamic modal decomposition algorithm,and constructs a full-process solution of data collection,transmisionoptimization,cloud analysis and early warning push.After verification,the system achieves a total delayof 68.6 ms anda detection accuracy of more than 95% in the test,which significantly improves the real-time and reliability of power quality monitoring,and provides effective support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of power systems.
