Research on Construction Technology of Crash Barrier for Prefabricated Bridge

Poly Changda Engineering Co.,Ltd., Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,5114oo China Abstract: Aiming at the problems of long construction period and outstanding risk of high-altitude operations in theconstructionof traditional cast-in-place crash barriers,a prefabricatedand assembledbridge crash barrierconstruction technology is proposed based on the Zhongshan East Ring Expressway project.By developing millimeter level control technologyforleveling blocks anda hydraulic driven six dimensional locator,combined with mechanized installation technology,a 100% accuracy qualification rate of guardrail elevation error ⩽10mm and joint ⩽3 mm can be achieved.In engineering applications,the installation time ofa single section has been reduced by 70% the construction period has been shortened by 33.3% ,and the rework rate of key processes has been reduced to 0.8% .The research shows that this technology provides a safe,eficient and high-precision assembly solution for large-scale bridge engineering.
