Analysis of the Application of Non-Destructive Testing Technology for Waterproof Coating Thickness of Factory Steel Structure

Abstract:With the development oflarge-scaleand lightweight factory buildings,theapplication ofsteel structures inengineering is becoming increasingly widespread,which puts higher requirements on the quality of anticorosionand waterproof coatings.Inorder to improve the accuracyand effciency ofstee structurecoatingdetection,this article systematicallstudiesa variety of non-destructive testing methods suchasultrasonic thickness measurement, electromagnetic induction thickness measurement and coating thickness measurement to construct a multi-means colaborative detection process,and combined with practical cases,provides the application of these technologies in measuring the thickness of waterproof coatings on steel structures in factories.The research results show that each non-destructive testing technology has complementary advantages on the surface of complex components,and when applied together,it canachieve high-precision and low-error thicknessassessment.The research results can significantly improve the detection eficiencyand reliabilityof the protective layerof the steel structure,and provide technical support for anti-corrosion and waterproof engineering.
