Research on Quality Inspection and Disease Treatment Method of Operation Tunnel Lining

Beijing Tiecheng Testingand Certification Co.,Ltd.,Beijing,1O26OO China Abstract: In response to the problem oflining cavity defects in tunnels operating in highly weathered mudstone formations,this paper takes a highway tunnel in western China as the research object.Using 40oMHz shielded antena geological radar three-dimensional scanning and amplitude threshold method,and morphology criterion,it identified a number of typical cavities,and proposed cement-water glasstwo-liquid slurry three-phase pressure injection grouting process for the defect treatment of cavities.After repair,the radar signal attenuates by 65% to 75% and the interface shear strength is improved by 44% .The research shows that the combination of geological radar detection and directional grouting can efectivelyrestore the structural integrity,providing areliable technical path for the treatment of similar tunnel diseases.
