Research on Innovative Application of Intelligent Technology in Construction Quality Supervision of Extra-High Voltage Overhead Transmission Lines

JiangxiPowerTransmissionandTransformationEngineering Co.,Ltd.,Nanchang,JiangxiProvince,3o2China Abstract:Extra-high voltage overhead transmission line construction quality inteligent supervision technology system is constructed by integrating innovative technologies such as multi-source sensor network,big data warning model and unmanned aerial vehicle collaborative inspection.Empirical evidence shows that the system significantly improves the construction quality and efficiency: the eficiency of wire deployment has improved by 45% ,and the defect identification rate and quality traceability accuracy have reached 98.7% and 97% ,respectively. In the application of high-altitude frozen soil areas,the qualified rate of wire crimping has increased from 82% to 97.5% ,and the abnormalresponse time was shortened from240 minutes to8minutes,which verified its good environmentaladaptability and engineering practicability.
