Hunan Financial & Industrial Vocational-Technical Collge，Hengyang， Hunan Province， 4210o2 China Abstract：The new quality productive forces provides core driving force for the upgrading of the manufacturing industry，and the predictive maintenance technology for intellgent equipmentserves isanimportant applicationcarrier.This paper expounds on the value of this technology in empowering the manufacturing industry： It innovates production modes to drive the transformation towards inteligence; Itconsolidates strong industrial competitive advantages to improve eficiencyand quality; It activates the potential for green development to promote effcient resource utilization.Meanwhile，it puts forward implementation paths from three aspects： constructing an inteligent perception network，building an intellgent analysis platform，and establishing a collborative response mechanism to facilitate the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
