Abstract:Aiming atthe problem of fault diagnosis and maintenance of metal equipment in power plant,this study establishes a multi-dimensional ultrasonic testing technology system,integrates TOFD,phasedarryand conventional pulseecho method,and develops a defect clasification decision model and digital maintenance system.The practice shows that the detection rate of transverse cracks by phased array detection is 98.2% ,the maintenance plan reduces the total cost by 40.8% ,and the repair accuracy is controlled at ±0.05 mm.Through the verification of a 600 MW unit,the leakage rate was successfully reduced from 12kg/h to less than 0.5kg/h ,and the vibrationamplitude was reduced by 60% ,forming a full process solution in accordance with ASME standard.
