Abstract: A pulse sequence controler is a core automation component for achieving precise timing and logic operations,widelyused inautomated production lines,traficsignalcontrol,industrial robotsequence control,CNC machine tool procesing flowcontrol,and otherfields.This article analyzes the designofthepulse sequencecontroller,including the functional designof adjustable frequency multi-harmonicoscilator,pulse output reversible control, 4-to-10 line decoder functions,and sequential control unit circuits.The overall control functions of each unit and the controller were simulated using Proteus software.Finally,the design requirements were met through the installation and debugging of actual circuits.

脉冲顺序控制器在自动化生产线、工业机器人序列控制、数控机床加工流程控制、化工反应步骤控制、智能仓储物流分拣、测试设备信号触发系统等方面有着诸多重要的应用,可以在保障工作流程安全的前提下,降低人工干预误差,减少能源消耗,从而满足多设备复杂工艺高操控精度的时序要求[1]
1脉冲顺序控制器的构成与设计参数
本脉冲顺序控制器由按钮控制电路、脉冲输出可逆控制、译码器电路、多谐振荡器等主要单元构成,包括CC4011B两输入与非门、74LS192同步十进制可逆计数器、CC4028B集成4线—10线译码器、555时基集成电路等,其结构原理图见图1。(剩余2730字)
