Abstract: In the physical design of presurized water reactors, programs based on component homogenization are usually adopted.With the emergenceof diversified nuclear energy demands such as the production of medical isotopes by irradiation incommercial pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants,it is often necessary to place the iradiated materials inguide tubes or mix them into fuel rod fuel cels.This requires accurate production of isotopes at thecellevel.The non-uniformityof neutrons in thereactor core obviously increases,andmoreaccuratecalculation methods than the two-step method based on component homogenization need to be studied.Based on the machine-learning forcorrecting the environmental effcts of gridelement homogenizationand clustering based for compressing grid element homogenization parameters,this paper proposes a full-core Pin-by-pin homogenization method proces.The method is validated through isotope production in the Hualong 1 pressurized water reactor,effectively improving the calculation accuracy of isotope production in pressrized water reactors.
