Research on the Application of PLC in Intelligent Frequency Conversion Energy-Saving Control of Mine Ventilation System

Changzhou Technician Collge of Jiangsu Province, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province,213O32 China Abstract: Inorder to solve theproblem of high energy consumption of mine ventilation system,this research proposes an inteligent frequency conversion energy-saving control scheme based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).By constructinga three-level architecture includingthe sensor layer,thePLC control layer and theexecutionlayer,a fuzzy Proportimal-Integral-Derirative(PID)control algorithm is developed torealize thedynamic adjustment ofair volume. On site testing shows that the temperature rise of the equipment is controlled within 38∘ (204号 C during 72h of continuous operation,and the communication bit error rate is less than 1×10-6 .The three-month operation data shows that the average power saving rate is 25.8% ,a reduction of 2.17kWh/t in electricity con - sumption per tonofcoal,andanincrease in power factortoO.95.Thereliability evaluationshows thattheaverage time between failures has been increased to 5200h ,and the fault repair time has been shortened to 0.8h ,which verifies the practical value of the system under complex working conditions.
