Exploration of Curriculum ldeological and Political Education in Circuit Based on OBE Concept Under the Guidance of the Guilding Principles of the 2Oth CPC National Congress

Abstract： Under the guidance of the guilding principles of the 2Oth CPC National Congres and the promotion of the constructionof new engineering science，cultivating engineering talents with innovative ability，practical ability and a high sense ofsocialresponsibility has become the new educational goal，and it has become more important to integrateideologicaland political education intoprofessionalcourses.Regarding the problem thatit is dificult to integrate ideological and politicalcontent inengineeringcourses，this article takes circuit courses as an example to explore and proposes a new wayof currculum ideological and political education of circuit under the concept of Outcome-Based-Education （OBE）.It willexplore the impact of OBE concept on curriculum ideological and political educationof universitycircuit，andpropose the implementation pathof currculum ideological and political education based on the OBE concept.The OBE concept emphasizes the orientation of students‘learning achievements，and reshapes the goal seting，teaching method selection and evaluation system construction of curriculum ideological and political education inuniversitycircuit.Byclarifying thecuriculum ideologicaland political goals， cleverly integrating ideologicaland political elements，andbuildingadiversifiedevaluation system，itcan effectively improve thequalityof curriculum ideological and political teaching inuniversity circuit and cultivate new era talents with both professional qualities and noble morality.
