Exploring the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Abilities for Students Majoring in Chemistry Under the Guidance of the Guilding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress

Abstract： This paper is guided by the guilding principles of the 2Oth CPC National Congress，focusing on fostering students’innovative and entrepreneurial abilities，with the core of improving the qualityof talentcultivation， supported by conditionconstructionand policy guarantees，aiming to create a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education environment and promote students'all-round development.Specificall，itwilltakeamultidimensional approach to promote the reform of entrepreneurshipand innovation education.Itwillestablisha systematic system to form a long-term guaranteesystem，optimize the curriculum system and innovate teaching methods，implement a mentorship system and build a mechanism for talent exchange between schools and enterprises to strengthen theconstructionof the teaching staff，createahigh-quality innovationand entrepreneurship platform，establish aschool enterprise cooperation training base，a competition incubation mechanism，and a research achievement transformation platform to strengthen the combination of industry，academia，research and competition，and buildanadvanced evaluation system.It will explore reform ideasand implementation plans，and combine domestic and foreign research resultsand practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation with our own disciplinary characteristics to comprehensively promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
