Abstract： Aiming at the problems of outdated teaching content，disconnection between theory and practice，and singleevaluationmethods in the courseof Java WebApplication Development"，this paper proposes a teaching reform plan that integrates Artificial Inteligence （AI） technologyand Outcome Based Education （OBE） concept into Java Webcourse teaching，and reforms the teaching content，teaching methods，and teaching evaluation in three aspects.This plan aims to utilize AI technology to implement teaching resource recommendation，personalized learning support，andcode analysis，inorder to improve teaching eficiency; It refactors thecourse objectivesand evaluationsystem based on the OBE concept to enhance students'practical abilities and professonal qualities.
