Abstract: Under the promotion of the "dual carbon" goals,the shipbuilding industry is facing significant pressure to save energy and reduce emisions.This paper focuses on energy eficiency optimization role of integrated steel processing and distribution technology in the shipyard production process,studies the construction of integrated models for processing,transportation,scheduling,and introduces acarbon accounting system to quantitatively evaluate emission levels.The results indicate that integrated technology can effectively reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions,and improve material utilization eficiency. The research aims to provide reference for promoting the construction of green manufacturing system and low-carbon transformation of shipyards.
