Research on the Digital Transformation and Practice of National Reading Promotion Under the Background of Smart Libraries

Library of Guangdong University of Finance， Guangzhou， Guangdong Province， 51O521 China Abstract：The development of smart libraries presents both opportunities and challenges for digital transformation in public reading promotionservices.To enhance service eficiency and establish asmart-oriented public reading service system，this paper proposes digital transformation strategies and practical safeguards froma goal-oriented perspective， aligning with therequirements of intellgent development.Key strategies include establishing an information-based promotion system， improving system autonomy，adopting self-service models，and strengthening security controls. Practical measures areoutlined to support these initiatives，covering AI-based platform development，service expansion，userdemandanalysis，andtalentteambuilding.Theseefortsaim toprovidetheoretical referencesandpractical guidance for building a book-loving society.
