Analysis of the Process of Precision Grinding by Ordinary Grinding Machines

Wenzhou Ataike Machinery Technology Co.，Ltd.，Wenzhou， Zhejiang Province， 325ooo China Abstract： As a commonly used grinding equipment in machinery manufacturing，ordinary grinding machines tll playan ireplaceable role in the field of precision machining in recent years.With the continuous improvement of the manufacturing industry's requirements for part accuracy，surface qualityand production eficiency，howto fully tap the existing potential of ordinary grinding machines and achieve precision grinding has become an important topic worthy ofin-depth discusion.Based on this，this paper combines a case study of hydraulic stering slide valve machining to explain the key processpoints of precision grinding for ordinary grinding machines， including machine tool adjustment，grinding wheel selectionand control，parameter selection，and grindingmethod determination; Meanwhile，a brief analysis was conducted on the process precautions for precision grinding. The results show that reasonable process parameter configuration and systematic processcontrol can significantly improve the machining accuracy and stability of ordinary grinding machines，and meet the manufacturing needs of common high-precision mechanical parts.
