Abstract: Doubly-fed asynchronous wind turbines have the advantages of good speed regulation performance and independent adjustment ofactive and reactive power,and have been widelyused in various large-scale wind farms, but in recent years,the sub-synchronous oscillation accidents of large-scale wind powerthrough series compensation and grid connection hasseriouslyafected the safetyand stabilityof the power system.At present,there are methodssuchaschanging theelectrical parameters,additional damping control,andadditional filtering devices to solve the problem ofsub-synchronous oscilltion,but thesuppression effect is poor due to the high-order,nonlinear,and strongly coupled characteristics of wind power generation systems.In order to solve the problem of subsynchronous oscilltion of doubly-fed wind turbines,an optimal suppresion strategy with additional damping controllr is proposed in the RSC control system.By modeling and conducting simulation experiments on MATLAB/
Simulink,the feasibilityand superiorityof the scheme wereverified,and theamplitude suppresionrateof subsynchronous oscillation reaches 83.16%
