Study on the Reform Practice of “XR Application Development” Course Based on Al Intelligent Assessment

Abstract: The rapid advancement of artificial intellgence,particularly theapplication oflarge language models in education setings,provides new ideas for the teaching asessment reform of practical courses in universities. Aiming atthe problems ofsingle asessment methods,invisible process,lagging feedback,and insufficient personalized support in the "XR apication development" course,acourse teaching reform model integrating AI inteligent assessment systemhas been studiedandapplied.The system focuses on data colection throughout the entire process,multidimensional capability modeling,and personalized feedback generation,achieving dynamic trackingof students' learningtrajectoriesandmultidimensionalcapabilityasessment,andasistingteachers inaccuratelyidentifyingteaching problems and implementing targeted guidance.In teaching practice,through class control experiments,the application efectivenessof the intelligent asessment system was systematically analyzed from the aspects of theoretical grades,experimental performance,project completionrate,and studentsatisfaction.Theresults show that thesystemhas significant advantages in improving thequality of course teaching,stimulating students'learning initiative, andoptimizing teaching management. Study has shown that a teaching assessment mechanism characterized by data-driven and intelligent feedback can effectively support the deepening of ability oriented curiculum reform in the context of new engineering disciplines.
