Research on the Application of IntelligentTechnology in Electrical Automation Control of Pump Station

Ji'nan Water Conservancy Project Service Center, Jinan, Shandong Province,25oo99 China Abstract: Aiming at focusing on the problems of low energy effciencyand slow fault response of the traditional pumping station electricalautomation control system,it builds an intellgent technology system based onthe Internetof Thingsand machine learning. It designs a layered intelligent control architecture,integrates LSTM prediction modeland migration learning diagnostic algorithm,and realizes accurate perception of equipment state and adaptive control.The empirical application in large-scale pumping stations shows that the system can reduce the power consumption per unit flow of a single pump,shorten the fault response time,reduce the annual maintenance cost,significantly improve the operational eficiencyand reliabilityofthe pumping station,and provide strong technical support for the digital transformation of water conservancy infrastructure.
