Abstract： Industrial sewage treatment plants play a pivotal role in reducing pollutant emissions and protecting the water environments，with their operational efectivenessbeing crucial forenvironmental protectionand sustainable resourceutilization.This study focusedon threekeyissues：insuficienttreatment eficiencyleading toresidual polutant emissions，improper sludge disposal causing secondary pollution，and the need to improve management mechanisms.To addressthese，it is necessary to strengthenlegal supervision and ensure the compliant operation of sewage treatment plants; Itactively promotes advanced technologies such as the Continuous Cycle Aeration System （CCAS） and Membrane Bioreactor （MBR），optimizes proceses，and improves treatment eficiencyand resource utilization level; At the same time，strictcontrolover sludge generationanddisposal is essntial tomitigate environmental risks. Enhancing facilityconstructionand management innovation，integrating technological progresswith policy support， is an effective path to enhance the pollution prevention and control capabilities of industrial wastewater treatment plants and promote the achievement of green transformation goals.
