Abstract: As an important force leading future development, the concept of new quality productive forces is profoundlyinfluencing the concept and path of talent cultivation inuniversities.Againstthe backdrop of thecontinuous integrationofnew technologiessuchasartificial intellgence into educational practice,theeducationmodel in universities is facing a transformation requirement from knowledge imparting tocollaborative promotionof ability shaping and value guidance.New technologies are driving profound changes in clasroom interaction methods, teaching resource organization,and student learning styles,providing new opportunities for universities to enhance educational quality.However,inpractice,therearestill problems with theapplicationof inteligent technology, suchas atendency towards toolization,insuficient valueguidance,anddiffcultyinadapting theteacher'sability structure tonew requirements,which restrictthe efective role of newquality productivie forces inuniversity education field.Toachieve systematic innovation ineducational modelsof universities,itis esential topromote theorganic integration of newquality productive forces orientation and university education goals atthe conceptual level, constructamultidimensionalinteractiveclasroomeducationecosystematthetechnicallevel,optimizetheteacher's abilitystructureanddevelopment pathatthe teacherlevel,and gradually formacolaborative educationpatterncentered on students,supported by technology,and centered on teachers.
