Abstract: Based on the importance and urgency of higher vocational education, and the current main sources and training status of teachers in China's higher vocational colleges, the targeted training strategies and system construction plan for graduate students in manufacturing majors is proposed. Firstly, it is clear that manufacturing graduate students need to have a solid theoretical foundation, agile logical thinking, strong hands-on ability, organizational and coordination skills, teaching expression ability, as well as correct and firm political thinking to become qualified vocational school teachers. Subsequently, taking the training of graduate students majoring in manufacturing at Shenyang Aerospace University as an example, top-level design and overall planning were proposed. Based on the establishment of personalized characteristics of graduate students majoring in manufacturing and the potential of vocational school teachers, logical thinking ability training modules and hands-on operation ability training modules were constructed, and language expression training and ideological and political education were integrated into them.
