Abstract： Teaching reform and innovation of traditional Chinese culture is a call of the times to foster the cultural confidence of Chinese youth， an inherent need to cultivate new-era military talents， and a necessity to promote creative transformation and development of traditional Chinese culture. Currently the traditional culture teaching in military academies is faced with difficulties such as scattered teaching approaches， the lack of systematic planning of ideological and political elements in courses， and the low degree of integration between theory and practice. By clarifying the teaching objective oriented towards combat effectiveness， building a teaching framework with distinct military characteristics and concentrated ideological and political elements， and carrying out ideological and political innovation practices of disciplinary integration， a three-dimensional integrated teaching mode is constructed to achieve the goal of talent cultivation.
