Abstract: Based on the fact that the current assessment and evaluation information mode of ideological and political education theory courses in universities lacks process data and is single, the evaluation results are too subjective and its feedback is lag, this paper integrates system concept, embedded theory and continuous innovation thinking. The digital technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence are relied on to build a data-driven assessment and evaluation platform for ideological and political theory courses in universities throughout the entire process. Combining diversified evaluation methods, it overcomes the evaluation and assessment drawbacks of ignoring micro individuals, focusing on macro wholes, neglecting the process only based on results, and feedback lag, establishes an objective and scientific dynamic evaluation system for ideological and political theory courses in universities, and implements dynamic monitoring and feedback throughout the entire effectiveness process.
