“三进”视域下环境工程研究生课程思政体系构建与实践

——以大连理工大学为例

Abstract: Guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era, the "Three Entry" strategy—integrating ideological and political education into textbooks, classrooms, and minds—has become a key framework for fostering value-based higher education. As a discipline bearing the mission of ecological civilization, environmental engineering education should not only impart technical expertise but also cultivate moral consciousness and social responsibility. This study, taking the School of Environmental Science and Technology at Dalian University of Technology as a representative case, systematically explores the construction and practice of a postgraduate ideological and political education (IPE) system within Environmental Engineering curricula. The paper first identifies the current challenges in integrating IPE into graduate environmental courses; then elaborates on reform strategies and implementation paths—especially through innovative pedagogical practices such as scenario simulation, problem-based learning, field investigation, and case-driven teaching in core courses like Environmental Functional Materials. An outcome-based evaluation system was subsequently developed, combining student questionnaires, course evaluation data, interviews, and employment performance to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of the reform. Representative teaching cases are further presented to demonstrate tangible educational outcomes. The practice indicates that building a curriculum-based ideological and political education system under the "Three Entry" framework effectively enhances graduate students' value orientation, sense of responsibility, and professional competence, providing a replicable model for the environmental programs of the other universities.
