Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology such as Internet of Things, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, intelligence education is undergoing rapid change and development. It is worthy of deep thinking how to promote undergraduate students' learning effect in smart education environment. Based on the analysis of learning influencing factors and learning evaluating factors, a diversified interactive model in smart education was put up. The factors and mechanisms that affect undergraduate students' learning in the environment of intelligence education were studied. Through the investigation and statistical analysis of the impact of different factors between the conventional education environment and the intellectual education environment, it is found that in the intellectual education environment, the great abundance of data resources, the effective introduction of intelligent tools and the intelligence of information processing technology have significant effects on promoting undergraduate students' learning. Therefore, four strategies to improve the learning effect in the intelligent education environment were put forward, which are relying on the development of intelligent tools, enriching the massive data resources, strengthening the empowerment of data technology, and cultivating teachers' data intelligence.
