Abstract: This paper explores the integration of engineering ethics into the curriculum of engineering disciplines and constructs an effective evaluation system for ideological and political education in these courses to enhance students' social responsibility and ethical literacy. Through interactive teaching methods such as case analysis, classroom debate, and brainstorming, the aim is to improve students' abilities to think critically and discern ethical issues from a technical perspective while considering social, environmental, and sustainable development factors. This teaching model breaks the traditional difficulty in assessing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in courses. By using case studies, teachers can more directly evaluate students' understanding and application of engineering ethics, which in turn optimizes subsequent teaching. This concept provides new ideas and methods for the reform of ideological and political education in engineering courses, contributing to the cultivation of engineering talents with noble professional ethics and a strong sense of social responsibility in higher education.
