Teaching Exploration of CNC Turning Process for Automotive Brake Discs

【Abstract】The article centers on the CNC turning process of brake discs，integrating the structural characteristics of parts，processflow，understanding of tols and equipment，aswellasquality inspection links intoan integrated knowledge framework，which isconducive to students forming a complete understandingof the process and operational thinking.Relyingon typical parts analysis，process chain disassemblyand qualityfedback cases，an aociated channel of"structure-proces-procedure-quality"can beconstructed in teaching，providing arelatively systematic support for the reconstruction of CNC turning course content and the innovation of teaching mode.
