Fault Diagnosis of BYD Qin EV Fast Charging System Based on Control Principles

【Abstract】This paper focuses on the fast charging system of BYDQin EV.Based on the control principle,itanalyzes its structureandcontrollogic,andthrough experiments,summarizes thekeycontrol procesesandsignalcharacteristics. Forthree typical faultssuch as the wake-upsignal,CAN network,and positivecontactorcontrol circuit,thephenomena, diagnosis,and elimination methodsareelaborated.Theresearchresultsprovideareferenceforthe maintenanceandteaching of new energy vehicles,and help to improve the eficiency offault diagnosis and operational standardization.
