Error Compensation Mechanisms in Precision Machining of Transmission Gears

【Abstract】 In the precision machining process of transmisson gears，errors typically accumulate gradually under thecontinuous actionof multiple processes，directlyafecting gear meshing performanceandoperational stability.This article focuses onthekeyaspectsof gear manufacturing，systematicallysummarizing the main manifestationsandevolution characteristics of errors in materialsand blanks，toth profile machining，and heat treatment.It reveals the propagation paterns of errrs throughoutthe machining process.Building on this，the article explores the implementationlogic of error compensationfrom perspectivessuch as machining coordination，fedforward modification，and inspectionfeedback， providing practicalreferences for enhancing the consistency of gear machining accuracyand the stabilityof quality.
