【Abstract】With the continuous promotion of China's "double-carbon" goal and the iterative upgrading of new energy vehicle technology,the paradigm revolution of automobile industry has been promoted.Pure electric vehicles, plug-inhybrid vehiclesand other new energyvehicles have become the mainstream developmentdirection of the market. Althoughthesalesvolumeofnewenergyvehicleshascontinued to grow inrecentyears,itisstillafectedbytechnologyand energysecurity,and itsmarket growth graduallyshows itslimitations.This paper takes the commonhigh-voltage interlock faultsof newenergyvehiclesas the starting point,analyzessomecommon faultsof high-voltage interlock,discusses how to detectfault pointsquicklyandaccurately,andputs forwardspecificoperationalmaintenancestrategies toimprovethe safetyof high-voltage systems ofnew energy vehicles,andprovides asistance forthepopularizationof new energyvehicles and the landing of "double carbon" goals.
