【Abstract】With the continuous promotion of China's "double-carbon" goal and the iterative upgrading of new energy vehicle technology，the paradigm revolution of automobile industry has been promoted.Pure electric vehicles， plug-inhybrid vehiclesand other new energyvehicles have become the mainstream developmentdirection of the market. Althoughthesalesvolumeofnewenergyvehicleshascontinued to grow inrecentyears，itisstillafectedbytechnologyand energysecurity，and itsmarket growth graduallyshows itslimitations.This paper takes the commonhigh-voltage interlock faultsof newenergyvehiclesas the starting point，analyzessomecommon faultsof high-voltage interlock，discusses how to detectfault pointsquicklyandaccurately，andputs forwardspecificoperationalmaintenancestrategies toimprovethe safetyof high-voltage systems ofnew energy vehicles，andprovides asistance forthepopularizationof new energyvehicles and the landing of "double carbon" goals.
