【Abstract】This article focuses on four core test dimensions: temperature cycling, vibration,salt spray corrosion, and electromagnetic compatibility.Itsystematicallyanalyzes thereliabilitytest principles,parameter standards,and failure mechanisms of automotive electrical components under extreme environments,and specifically proposes key protection technologies such as electrical safety protection (overvoltage,overcurrent,and leakage protection) and electromagnetic shielding.
