【Abstract】With the transformation of the automotive industry towards intelligence and high-end,the welding process,as acore procedure inbody manufacturing,directlydetermines theoverallqualityof the vehicle and the production rhythm.Traditional welding relies onmanual operationand has pain points such as poor precision stability,high labor intensityand limited productioncapacity,making itdificult tomeettheflexibleproduction demands of multiplevehicle models.Human-machinecollaborative robots integrate human operation experience with the precise control advantagesof robots.Through intelligent technologies such as visual recognitionand force feedback,theyachieveadaptiveadjustment of welding paths,providing anewdirection for process upgrading.Thisarticle explores itsintelligent applicationand eficiencyoptimization strategies,which has significantpractical significance for promoting thequalityimprovementand efficiency enhancement of the automotive manufacturing industry.
