【Abstract】This paper introduces the crimping and welding methods of high-voltage large square wire diameter terminals,analyzes the influence of copper wire twisting methods onthe temperature rise of wire harnesses and the subsequent improvement measures,discusses the risk factors for excessive temperature rise of terminals,compares theadvantages and disadvantages of welding and crimping processes,provides technical support forthe subsequent development of molds and jaws,and ultimately ensures that the product quality meets the usage requirements.
