Analysis on 3D Layout of Automotive High-Speed Wiring Harness in Vehicle Environment

【Abstract】With the in-depth application of automotive inteligence and networking technologies,the amount of vehiclecommunication information has increased significantly,and ordinarywires canno longer meettheneedsof highspeed and large-capacitydata transmission. High-speed wiring harnesses are widelyused in core modules such as vehicle intelligentnetworking andassistedautonomousdrivingduetotheiradvantagesofhighdata transmisionrate,strongantiinterferenceability,smallsizeandhighintegration.Sincetheflexibilityofhigh-speedcablesissignificantlylowerthan thatofordinary wires,their layout design must met special technical requirements to avoidearlydesign failure ffecting the normal operation of vehicle functions.This paper discusses the composition and classification of high-speed wiring haresses,the principles of3D layout inthe whole vehicleand key technical requirements,providinga reference for the layout design of high-speed wiring harnesses.

高速线束是采用同轴线缆、双芯屏蔽线缆、多芯屏蔽线缆等作为通信载体,搭配Fakra(射频连接器)、HSD(高速数据连接器)、H-MTD(高速模块化双绞线数据连接器)等专用接口,实现高速率信号传输的线束组件。(剩余3490字)
