Fault Diagnosis and Analysis of No Display on New Energy Commercial Vehicle Instruments

【Abstract】This article aims to explore the causes of no display on the instruments of new energy commercial vehiclesand propose efectivefault diagnosis methods.Through thecombinationof theoryand practice,itdeeplyanalyzes the working principleof thecombined instrument,andcombines realvehiclefaultcases to identifythatfusefailureand circuit failurearethe mainreasonsforthenodisplayof the instruments.Forthis problem,atargetedfaultdiagnosis process and preventive measures are provided, which have important guiding significanceforthe maintenance andfault elimination of thecombinedinstrumentsofnew energycommercialvehicles.Inadition,basedonthediagnosisrsults,corresponding repair suggestions and summaries are provided,which offer strong technical supportand solutions for maintenance personnel, helping to improve the safety and reliability of new energy commercial vehicles.
