High-corrosion-resistant Coating for Commercial Vehicles Enhances the Protective Life of the Vehicle Body

【Abstract】As typical complex geometric components,commercial vehicle body structural components are prone to issues such asunevenfilmthicknessandinsufficient interlayeradhesionduringcoating protection,whichaffctprotection life.This paper analyzes the protective characteristics of each coating layer andthe synergistic mechanism of multilayer coatings through salt spray tests and cyclic corosion tests,proposes the evaluationconcept of "synergistic enhancement coeffcient,and develops a coating parameter optimization strategy based on response surface methodology.Test results show that the optimized coating strategy can extend salt spray test time by 50% and reduce corrosion area by 65.6 % ， effectively prolonging the protection life of body structural components.
