Insulation Fault Diagnosis and Repair Technology of New Energy Vehicles

【Abstract】 The insulation performance of high-voltage systems in new energy vehicles is a core indicator for ensuringthesafeoperationofvehicles,suchasbaterysystems,high-voltage wiringharnesses,andmotorcontrolers. Insulation failures maylead to high-voltage leakage,system failure,and even personnel electric shock accidents.This articlesystematicallsummarizes themain typesof insulationfaultsinnew energyvehicles,withafocus onanalyzing two corediagnostictechniques.It further elaborates onthe maintenance technology systemfor insulation faultsand presents the technicallogic through chartsandgraphs,inorder to provide asystematicreference forinsulation fault diagnosis and maintenance for new energy vehicle maintenance personnel.
