【Abstract】 In the development process of the new energy vehicle industry,the performance of the thermal management integrated module plays acrucialroleintheoperational eficiencyandsafetyoftheentire vehicle.However, traditionaltesting techniques have problemssuchasfragmented processes,rough parametersetings,andimperfectleakage detectionsystems,making itdificult tomeettherequirementsofintegrated modules.Therefore,thisarticletakestheEOL test of the domain-controlled thermal management integrated moduleas the research object and proposes optimization schemes fromthree dimensions:test processreconfiguration,functional parameterprecision,andleakage detectionsystem upgrade.Through practicalverification,this solution can significantly enhance the eficiency and accuracyof testing, providing efective technical supportfor the massproductionqualitycontrolofthermal management integrated modules.
