【Abstract】With therapid development of thenew energy vehicle industry,traditional battery cellassmbly and sorting elyon manuallabororsimple automatedtols,which have drawbacks such aslow eficiency,poor sorting accuracy, and slowqualitycontrol, making themunable to metthe standards for large-scale production. Machine vision technology, relying on advantages such as non-contact detection and high-precision recognition,has opened up anew approach for intelligent batterycellassemblyand sorting.Thisstudyfocusesonthedesignand innovationof amachinevision-based controlsystem,aiming toenhancetheintellgenceofbatterycellassemblyandsortingand improveproductionefficiency.
