【Abstract】The value of digital technology in mechanical manufacturing for the processing of core components of automobileengines lies in theunified expression of manufacturing semantics and the stable transmission of execution information.Based on practice,this paper sorts outthe structured implementation requirements of part masterdata and process elements,clarifies the enginering constraints of numerical control program generation and virtual verification, discusses thedeterministic conditions ofonline process monitoringand biasupdate,and analyzes the closed-loop organization modeof integrated measurement data andqualitytraceability.The article takes the key features of the engine asthe main line,emphasizes the auditable data boundaryandoperable control object,and provides technical points and implementation priorities for the digital construction of core component processng in the workshop.
