Algorithm Optimization and Implementation ofMotor Controller with Adaptive Working Conditions

【Abstract】With the continuous rise inthe penetration rate of the new energy vehicle market,the reliability and efciencyof thedrivesystem have increasingly becomethecore focus oftheindustry.Asthekeycomponentofthedrive system,the performance ofthemotor controler's controlalgorithm directlyafects the power performance,economy,and ride comfort of thevehicle under various operating conditions.In typical operating conditions commonlyencountered by new energyvehicles,suchaslow-speed high-load,high-speed cruising,and sudden acceleration/deceleration,the traditional vectorcontrol algorithm exhibits many prominent problems,includingobvious torquerippe,significantdecline insystem eficiency,and laging dynamic response,which severely restrict the improvement of vehicle performance and driving experience.To address these isses,this paper proposes a multi-mode adaptive control algorithm based on operatingconditionidentification,whichealizesdynamicadjustmentofcontrolstrategiesaccording tothecharacteristicsof diffrentoperatingconditions.Verifiedbybothsimulationanalysisandbenchtests,theoptimizedalgorithmcan ffectively smooth the motortorque output,significantlyreduce the iron lossandcopper lossof the motor,and greatly improve he comprehensive eficiencyof thedrive system.Meanwhile,it plays an importantrole in enhancing the ride comfortand dynamic responsivenessofthe vehicle,providing an efective solutionforthe upgading of new energyvehicledrive control technology.
