Inventory and Production Scheduling Optimization for Automotive Parts Supply Chain Based on Linear Programming

【Abstract】Due to the increase in customized demands from consumers and the iteration of new energy vehicles, theautomotive partssuplychain presents the characteristics of"multiple varieties,smallbatches,and shortcycles".At thesame time,externalrisk factorssuch asraw material price fluctuationsandgeopolitics have intensified thedificulty of supplychainmanagement,and thecordination between inventoryand production scheduling is insuficient.Linear programming,asaclasic mathematicaloptimizationmethod,can efectivelyaddress theoptimizationof multiple variables and multipleconstraints.Itscoreadvantage liesinbeingable to transformcomplex supplychainproblems intoquantitative mathematical modelsand obtainthe global optimal solution through solving.Based onthis,this paper firstconstructs an inventoryoptimization model forthe automotive parts supplychain basedon linear programming,then analyzes the construction logicof theproduction scheduling model,and finallyverifiestheoptimization eect through asimplified numerical case,providing a reference for industry practice.
