【Abstract】 With the continuous increase in the complexity of automotive electrical systems,circuit faults present characteristics such as concealment,transience,and multi-source coupling.The traditional diagnostic method based on experience hasobvious limitations in accuracyand real-time performance.To address common problems such as power fluctuations,poor contact,and bus interference,this paper constructs a circuitfault analysis method basedonArtificial Intellgence (AI).Throughmulti-source electricaldata featureextractionand lightweight modeldesign,itrealizesrapid identification of various fault types,and on this basis,proposes optimization measures such as power stabilization, communicationretransmision,and structural reinforcement.Theexperimentalresultsverified the proposed method from two dimensions: fault identification efficiency and system operation status.
