【Abstract】Driven by the dual goals of the carbon neutrality strategy and the electric transformation of the automotive industry,vehiclelightweighting has become acore technicalapproach toenhance energy utilizationeficiency, alleviate therange anxietyofnewenergyvehicles,and meetincreasinglystringent emisionregulations.Aluminumallys, withtheirhighspecificstrength,excellentcorosionresistane,andhighrecyclingrate,areregardedastepreferedmetal material for replacing traditional stel materials andachieving significant weight reduction of vehicle bodies.Basedon the cutting-edge perspectiveof modernautomotivebodydesign and manufacturing,this article systematicalyanalyzes the current differentiatedapplication status of aluminum aloy materials in vehicle bodycomponents,deeply explores their forming mechanisms and process optimization strategies,aiming to provide atheoretical basis and engineering practice references forbuilding ahigh-strength,high-precision,andlow-cost aluminumaloyvehiclebodymanufacturing system.
