【Abstract】Aiming at the demand of electrical system design adaptation broughtby the popularization of 800 V high voltage platformand the promotion of intellgent BMS andV2G technologyin thenew energy vehicle industry, combined withthe characteristicsof industrial development andclimate environmentin Guizhou,starting fromthe three core modulesof high voltage electrical system,Batery Management System(BMS)andcharging system,the design ideaof "technologyadaptation-scene optimization-virtual andreal verification"isproposed.Through keytechnological innovationssuchas8OoVhigh-voltagecircuitsafetydesign,MSprecisioncontrolalgorithmoptimization,chargingsstem compatibilityadaptation,andsupporting digitaltwinverificationsystemandtraining equipmentdevelopment,thepractical effect of improving the fault diagnosis efficiency of electrical system by 60% and the compatibility compliance rate by 93% (20 isrealized.
