【Abstract】Driven bythedualobjectives oflightweighting and safetyenhancement intheautomotive industry,highstrength aluminum aloys have emerged as akeyalternative material for manufacturing automotivecrash beams due to their superiorspecific strengthand energy-absorption properties.As thecore deformationprocess regulating the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum aloys,cold rolling'sdeformation parameters directlydetermine the material's strengthreserveandplasticdeformationcapacity,significantlyinfluencing theenergyabsorptionbehaviorandfailuremode of components under impact loads.Therefore,this study focuses on thenonlinear regulation mechanism ofcold rolling process parameters onthe mechanicalresponse of aluminum aloys,aiming toreveal the intrinsic relationship between work hardening behavior and material strength-toughness.
