【Abstract】To resolve the inherent contradiction between lightweighting of automobile bodies and crash resistance, thispaperadopts "multi-objectivehierarchicaloptimization"and"machineleaming-asistedagentmodeling"technologies, innovativelyconstructing a full-process integrated collaborative optimization framework covering material selection, structuraldesignndprocsingtechnology.Fistly,itelaboratesonthetheoreticalbasisandmethodsstemoflgtweight mechanicalstructuresinthedesignofautomobilebodycrashresistance.Secondly,itanalyzesthekeytechnicalsystem and implementation pathofcollaborativeoptimization.Finally,it discusses the innovative methods and technological breakthroughs in this field, providing references for related research and engineering applications.
