【Abstract】This study focuses on typicalfaults ofthe thermal managementsystem for direct cooled batteries in new energy vehicles.The studyanalyzes the problem of uneven temperature betweenbatteryclusterscaused bydesign defects inthe condenser flow channel,and proposes acomprehensive solution basedonflow field simulation and coordinated optimizationof thecontrol system.Atthe sametime,the standard maintenance process,safetyoperation points,andrepair verification methods for key components such as temperature sensors and electronic expansion valves have beendetailed and standardized,emphasizing thecore positionofrefrigeranttreatmentand airtightness testing.Theresearch results provide theoretical guidance and practical engineering practice references forthe precise diagnosis offaults,safe and efficient maintenance,and system performance optimization of direct cooling systems.
